Spacious 2 bed ground floor apartment situated in the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Perran Foundry. The property offers a comfortable get away with its own parking space. Many original features, with slate flooring, under floor heating, oak beams, a fitted kitchen and integrated appliances. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and a superking bed. The second bedroom has a superking bed (link: can be 2 singles) and a separate bathroom. Open plan kitchen/diner/living room space. The spacious open plan kitchen/living area has a TV with DVD player, sofa bed, additional sofa and large dining room table and chairs. There is also a laptop friendly work space in bedroom two. Bed linen and towels provided. Self check-in lockbox. Devichoys Wood is adjacent to the development, with stunning walks. The Bissoe Cycle Trail is very close. Two lovely pubs are close by - the Norway Inn (5 minute walk) and the Pandora Inn, on the shores of Mylor Harbour (short drive). There is a communal garden area about 10metres away from the apartment, with a table and chairs. I am always available by phone or email, and will respond quickly. My parents live in the nearby village of Mylor Bridge, and other family members in Devoran and Falmouth, so help is on hand if needed! Perran Foundry is in a fantastic location being mid-way between Truro and Falmouth. Both are bustling Cornish towns, with the full range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. In the nearest village of Mylor Bridge there are a range of facilities, including a post office, two village shops, a fabulous butcher, hugely popular fishmonger (get there early to snap up fresh crab), a vegetable stall (with honesty box) and a children's park on the estuary. Or venture 5 minutes further to the stunning coastal village of Flushing, with small sandy beach and a ferry to Falmouth. There is a regular bus service between Falmouth and Truro. The Bissoe Cycle trail is nearby. And there are some wonderful local walks. However, a car is always really handy as you can drive to some fabulous beaches, on both the south coast (Gyllingvase Beach, with the gorgeous Gylly Cafe) and north coast (St Agnes and Perranporth) All bookings are a 3 night minimum, except mid-July, August, early September, where minimum stay is 7 days. Up to two well behaved dogs allowed (by request) at a cost of £10/night per dog.
