Idyllic setting with large private pool

The house and converted barn sit in the middle of the forest in a very tranquil location. Easy to find but not too far from local supermarkets and villages. The house sits in good size grounds with it's own large pool and plenty of space for the family. There is a large terrace area with a BBQ where you can relax or entertain in the evenings. The forest is wonderful for walks and bike rides along tracks and pathways. The wildlife is never far away and is truly abundant. There are several beaches within an hours drive from the house. Mimizan being one of them. There is also a large lake with a man made beach and water sports within 20 minutes off the house. There are various festivals on throughout the year such as the Marciac jazz festival. Whist you stay at the house, we will stay in the converted Grange that is also in the grounds. We are therefore able to maintain the pool and grounds for you whilst and are available for questions and on the local area. In the nearby village of Garein which is within walking distance there is a Pzzaria which is open 5 nights a week along with a bar and restaurant. There is also a tennis court and football pitch plus children play area located in the village. A car is necessary as the area is quite rural. It does not take long to reach the local super markets and the large town of Mont de Marsan is 20 minutes away. The forest provides miles of walking and cycling routes.
