Apartment with terrace in Sansicario

The house is made up of two levels. On the first you will find a beautiful living area with open kitchen and sitting area with two comfortable sofas. From here you enter the terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains. Also on the first level you will see the double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the second level you will discover an open space with two double beds, one of which is located under the attic area and therefore very fun for children, divided by a bathroom. For years this house has been our family's refuge, the welcoming atmosphere of this house will conquer you. The terrace with a wonderful view is ideal for reading a book or enjoying an aperitif at sunset. Light floods the house from morning to sunset. The building has a large garage on the ground floor. Going up the stairs you will reach the first floor where you will find a common area with ping pong for fun challenges! On the second floor you will find our apartment. We will be present for check-in and check-out La casa è situata a metà tra il Borgo di Sansicario e Sansicario Alto. Si trova al margine di un bosco da cui partono diversi sentieri per camminare e per i quali non è neanche necessario prendere l'automobile. Si può, per esempio, raggiungere Sansicario Alto facendo una passeggiata o andare al bellissimo borgo di Champlas Seguin con il comodo sentiero. Proprio dietro casa c'è inoltre un complesso in cui hanno costruito diversi campi da tennis in cui divertirsi. A meno di km si trova il paese di Cesana Torinese, ricco di ogni servizio.
