By the shores of Mordialloc, beautiful bedroom

This little house has it all.... beach few steps away ( 20 meters ) , front garden, back yard with lounge and BBQ... Cozy lounge room with comfy couches and gas heater for those freezing wintery days.... Go for a walk along the jetty, check the boats at the local marina.... Within 5 minutes walk get your self at the local wine bar, sport bar, Woolworths, restaurants.... Mordialloc is vibrant and has a lot to offer .... As a guest you will of course able to use the master bedroom as your own.... master bedroom has ceiling fan, but even in summer this place is really cool and does not get heated up. The rest of the house will be shared with me, but again you should enjoy it as your own... Make your own meals ( as long as you wash your dishes ), use anything you need from fridge and cabinet .... fire up the BBQ, sun bake on the back yard , lay on the couch to read a book or play with your phone .... Guest can access their own bedroom, kitchen, lounge room, laundry, bedroom, back yard and front garden. There is a spare bedroom and a studio that are not spaces for guests. Interaction with guest could be casual and random. I work and live on a really busy schedule.... I might not even be seen ... or if I’m around I don’t mind to have a drink or cook a meal for my guests ( I’m Italian and I can cook...)... Mordialloc is vibrant and has a lot to offer .... If are driving is easy to move around and park. Free parking on the street Monday to Thursday. Friday- Sunday 2 hours parking. There is a large free car park across the road from the house also. If you plan to come with public transport it’s really easy.... Mordialloc train station and busses 5 minutes walk from the house . Skybus from the airport also available by the train station as part of Peninsula Skybus .
