One double room , one single room. Beautiful spacious lounge with Sky TV. 30 mins to Liverpool & Manchester, & Lake District 60 mins.Edgehill University 12mins. Cozy, quiet and contemporary. Beautiful large garden (with direct access into wood for walks) Also large pond, fire pit, BBQ, decked area with ample outdoor seating The bedrooms are on the first floor and are accessed via a common front door. Access to lovely garden, with decked sitting areas. (Shared but usually free) Off-road parking. Woodland walks nearby. I wish to make your stay welcoming and comfortable but will not get in your way. I am happy to advise on the local area. It is central to some of the most scenic landscapes and cosmopolitan cities : Manchester, Liverpool, Ormskirk (market town), Southport and Blackpool and Edghilll University as well as The Lake District. There are plenty of good pubs and restaurants in the area (about 10 mins drive away..ask me for a list) Train station - 5 mins by car. 5 mins from M58 15 mins from M6 I have compiled a list of local places to eat, take aways, and local supermarkets etc. There is a surcharge of £15 for a second guest in the double room.
