A quaint little cottage , the perfect waterfront getaway . Only a 40 minute drive from the city, cottage point provides plenty of local bush walking tracks with glorious views. The property has inclinator access from the carport taking you down to the water. Deep, tidal riverfront. No internet or phone reception is available at the cottage. We ask that you provide your own linens & towels. Complies with N.S.W COVID saftey plan ,requiring double vacination proof & QR checkin/out for guests. Relax on he balcony ,watch the boats go by,head down to kiosk to rent a kayak or small runabout to explore this amazing waterway. Drive out to west head for spectacular vista,s & bushwalks. Upstairs bedroom via sturdy ladder(mezzanine). Both bedrooms have queen beds. Full kitchen,views to water via many windows up & down. Hardwood floor & comfortable lounge area with views. Ceiling fans ,blinds & airconditioning for your comfort. Being in National Park we are reliant on rainwater with a septic system. Connectivity issue due to terrain but available on top road. We ask that guests bring their own linens and towels as the cottage doesn't have laundry available. A carport that can fit 2 vehicles. A inclinator that takes you from the carport to the cottage. A car is required to get around cottage point. Mooring & pontoon at cottage unavailable for quest use but can be hired at nearby yacht club. A kiosk is located just a couple of minutes down the street which provides boat and kayak hire as well as a lovely place to have a meal. Internet and phone reception isn't available at the cottage but phone signal is available in the carport. We ask that you bring your own linens & towels as the cottage doesn't have laundry available.
