We are located a 10 minute drive from Ballan and 20 minutes from Ballarat. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, king single bed, large built-in robe, television and central heating. The bedroom is close to the toilet and bathroom facilities. We are a friendly mature couple who welcome you to our home. Pet friendly. We live at the property so can assist throughout your stay . The bathroom is shared with us and we respect guests privacy. V-line train at Ballan, 10 minutes drive away, less than 1 hour to travel to Melbourne or 20 minutes to Ballarat.
