My home is situated in a convenient and quiet location. Ideal for university students, those who work in Canberra or when you visit for holiday/pleasure. The room is fully furnished with built in wardrobe, double bed, desk and desk lamp and chair. The main bathroom and separate main toilet is shared. You are welcomed to use the fully equipped kitchen and laundry, family room with TV and DVD. Street parking and internet connection available. The rent is inclusive of all utilities. Linen and towels are provided. I work full time and will endeavour to meet you to hand over / collection of keys. Kaleen is a conveniently located suburb in the north of Canberra with close proximity to University of Canberra (Walking distance), Calvary Hospital, GIO Stadium, Australian Institute of Sports, Canberra Institute of Technology – Bruce Campus, Australian Nation University and City. Local shops, petrol station and restaurants are located within 10 to 20 minutes from home including Westfield Shopping Centre in Belconnen. Kaleen Indoor Sports club where a number of indoor competitions (cricket, soccer, netball etc) are held. Canberra is a well-planned city. Travel time to many attractions are within 30 minutes. Bike paths are well set out for cyclists. Public transport is provided by ACTION buses and real time bus times can be found: (Website hidden by Airbnb) The bus stops on Baldwin Drive is 3-minute walk from home. Route numbers are: Weekdays: 30,31 and 250 Weekends and Public Holidays: 932 and 934 1. Please make sure you meet the Airbnb requirements and are recommended by other hosts 2.
