The pad

This is a one bedroom fully furnished granny flat with access to a lovely space and pool area. This fully furnished space is perfect for a couple or just friends as it sleeps 2 comfortable in a queen bed. Located near by is a Golf course 5 minuets away. 3 bar & bistro’s in 3 different directions all 5 minutes drive away. 15 minuets to Hillary’s boat harbour. 2 Local shops and small shopping centres located near by. Pool use. bbq space. Car parking available. There are no other guests, however guest and host share the same main patio area... although this does not take away any privacy or space from our stayers. There is also another small seating area for our guests privacy. We are in a quiet culdesac neighbours are friendly but none intrusive Car parking available. bus service close, also Uber & trains We are a warm and welcoming family. We have family pets that are also friendly and welcoming who love having visitors
