Our home at Maloneys Beach is the perfect place for couples, families and seniors to getaway and fully unwind. It has free NBN WIFI and 4K 55" Flat screen Smart TV. It is very spacious, light and airy with 2 large bedrooms, kitchen and living room. It is ideally situated just a short 2 minute (260 metre) stroll to Maloneys Beach. The area is very quiet and peaceful and you will fall sleep with ease with the soft sounds of the gentle ocean in the background. Maloneys Beach Hideaway is the perfect place to relax and let your stresses ebb away. Cute and friendly kangaroos feed on the front lawn at night and graze on the reserve at the beachfront. Friendly parrots and other bird life regularly visit the beautiful enclosed backyard garden. There are two double bedrooms with comfy queen sized beds (all linen and towels are provided). There is reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round. A large open plan living area with comfortable lounge and recliner chairs, 4K 55" Smart TV, a second TV with inbuilt DVD player in one of the bedrooms, DVDs, books and board games. Free WiFi. A good sized kitchen, with brand new appliances including a large double door fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A laundry with new washing machine and dryer. The outdoor covered entertaining area has an outdoor setting and BBQ for you to enjoy alfresco dining at its best. Maloneys beach is a lovely sandy beach with calm waters - perfect for swimming, kayaking, walking, fishing, snorkelling, paddle boarding or just taking in the scenic views. It is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from the popular township of Batemans Bay with many restaurants, clubs, shopping and attractions. Maloneys beach borders the Murramarang National Park with short bush walks to secluded and pristine sandy beaches. guests have access to all areas of the home - except the single garage. Unfortunately, we cannot meet and greet you on arrival. The key for the home is available in a lock box on the front door handle. Our phone number and other contact details are provided for any support if needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet with a relaxed atmosphere. Maloneys Beach borders on the Murramarang National Park, with lots of good walking tracks. It also has a beautiful and very safe Beach for families. It is excellent for swimming, sun bathing, kayaking, boating and fishing. Or just exploring the area. There are many friendly resident kangaroos as well as lots of parrots and other bird life to enjoy. Batemans Bay is a short 10 minute drive from Maloneys Beach. If you do not want to drive, there is a local bus service available to take you to town. Also, the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club offers a free courtesy bus to and from the club. The Maloneys Beach shop/cafe is currently closed down. However, we provide an Aldi coffee machine, and some pods to get you started - but you may like to bring extra of your favourite style/strength.
