New Lambton is a very convenient suburb, close to Hunter Stadium, John Hunter Hospital, University, Westfield, Blackbutt Nature Reserve. By car: 10 minutes to beautiful beaches & the city, 20 minutes to Lake Macquarie, 40 minute to the vineyards, 40 minutes to Port Stephens. Bus at the end of the street or an 8 minute walk away. Broadmeadow rail station 5 minutes by taxi.
