Located 2 minutes from Teatown Nature Reserve (35 mins from NYC) on 1+ acre in the Lower Hudson Valley, this updated 2,600sf oasis is the perfect forest setting for your family or business retreat. It features an oversized gourmet chef's kitchen with adjoining dining room. There are 4 bedrooms, including a nursery/crib, additional sleeping spots, and stunning views from a perfectly perched solarium. The great room features a spectacular working fire place and floor to cathedral ceiling windows. The house is built upon a large boulder and has multiple elevated decks, including one that wraps around the entirety of the back of the house. The yard is fully fenced and has an electronic gate at the street entrance and has a year-round running stream in the front yard. You can get to NYC via Metro North from Ossining/Croton Harmon stations (5 mins away). The Taconic State Parkway is also only 5 mins away for day trips into the city or upstate. Master Bedroom: Queen temperpedic mattress, Walk in closet for guest use, En suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Guest Bedroom 1: Queen temperpedic mattress, closet (with additional heater, fan, air mattress for use elsewhere in house, and fire extinguisher. Guest Bedroom 2: Queen temperpedic mattress, closet (with air mattress for use elsewhere in the house). Guest Bedroom 3: Two twin temperpedic mattress in trundle bed, closet (with additional heater & fan), crib. There's plenty of parking in the driveway with room for up to 5 cars. Please NO SMOKING anywhere inside the house. **You may smoke outdoors in the yard (there are many benches and sitting spots). Guests have access to the master bedroom, three guest bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, the Great Room, kitchen, dining room, solarium, wrap around decks outside with BBQ grill. I am available as guests require. I usually check in to make sure guests have found and accessed the house successfully, as well as check how things are going. The house is in the hills above Ossining in the Lower Hudson Valley. We are very close to Teatown Nature Reserve, lots of hiking trails, Croton Dam, Cortland Manor, and Croton Harmon train station.
