All-White Private Hot Spring Villa: 12-Hr Use

Venue is for your exclusive use, for 10 pax * will depend on LGU rules, during Covid Airbnb rate is only for a 12-hour stay. Check in time is flexible between 7am and 8pm, depending on availability. There are two units available for your stay and this is one of them, All White/ Dolores. pawikanprivatepools com The venue consists of the bedrooms, gazebo, kitchen, pools, and open areas. ROOMS There are three aircon rooms on the ground floor, adjacent to each other. Two rooms have their own toilet. Third room has its own shower/ toilet. GAZEBO The gazebo houses a dining set, sink, common shower/ toilet, and, on the second floor, a billiards table KITCHEN The cooking area is beside the gazebo, where you can cook and do the major dishwashing work. Grill area is right outside the kitchen. POOLS 1. 7m x 7m x 4-6ft deep 2. 2m x 3m x 2ft deep Pool water is from natural hot spring. It is not the hot spring itself so water does not continuously flow, so will eventually cool. Pools are initially filled halfway so water will cool. Nearing guest's arrival, that's when we completely fill them up so the water will be warm. This is the default. Please advise if you prefer it hotter or colder so onsite staff can prepare. OPEN SPACE Parking space can fit one van, one SUV or three sedans. There are two shaded tables for eating, sitting beside the big pool and a two-piece wooden set beside the small pool and the videoke machine A wide veranda is on the second level. Guests have exclusive access to all facilities and amenities inside the gate - swimming pools, rooms, kitchen, and other areas. We have trusted onsite staff to keep the venue clean and tend to the pool, but they will stay out of your way unless needed. They will need their rest from 10 pm to 7 am so please refrain from disturbing them during these times unless absolutely necessary. If you are unsure about what to ask them to do, please contact your host directly. Public transport (provincial buses, jeep) pass the road just outside the premises. Check in time for 12-hour use is flexible, depending on availability. Latest possible check in/ out is 10pm. PARTIES Parties are Not Allowed if they mean: 1. Presence of suppliers 2. Guests coming and going, with a total number exceeding venue capacity 3. Decors put on surfaces using adhesives, tacks, staples Otherwise, an intimate gathering of family and friends is fine. You can bring in your own food and drinks (even alcohol), with No Corkage Fee. PETS As a rule, pets are not allowed because of possible damage to property and disturbance to neighbors, especially at nighttime. If you really want to bring them though, there will be a Refundable Deposit to be paid upon check in. It will be returned upon check out, depending on outcome of inspection for poop or pee or scratches, et al. LOST AND FOUND Guests should be responsible for a final checking of the property before checking out. Should there be items left behind by guests, these are reported by onsite staff as soon as discovered. Guests can then arrange for pick up of the items.
