The Radiant Heater in the living room is currently not working - apologies - however the ducted central heating is more than adequate to heat the whole house. An additional portable oil column heater is provided in the kids room. - 65 inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and built in Chromecast in main living area. - 32 inch TV in the kids bedroom with Apple TV, DVD player and a range of DVDs, books and toys. - Kitchen has gas cooktops, electric fan forced oven and dishwasher. - Sit/stand desk with USB dock linked to two monitors. - Bosch washer and condenser dryer. - Remote control ceiling fans in the bedrooms set to the appropriate winter or summer mode. - Recently renovated bathroom with bathtub and large shower. - Instantaneous gas hot water - you'll never run out. - For your safety, a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detectors and CO monitor. The local PTV Creswick Route 30 bus travels to Ballarat on a regular timetable and there are several bus stops within a few minutes walk of the front door. A VLine service also travels through Creswick with the station located 10 minutes from the house. Spare linen and towels are located in the cupboard outside of the the laundry.
