Countryside House for nature lovers !

A very old Manor House surrounded by vineyards and centennial trees in a very quiet and peaceful village. It offers a fully equiped kitchen, a big living/dining room,3 bedrooms, a renovated bathroom , a big terrace. Private entrance, a little garden , BBQ facilities , free parking. Peso da Régua it is at 4 km with wine producers, tastings,boat trips, restaurants,cafés and astonishing landscapes from any corner . A special place place for rest,relax and be in contact with nature! Beautiful old Manor House in a very peaceful place. It was improved to receive guests. The bedrooms has large windows over the vinyards, the living/dining room is large, the kitchen is duly equipped, the complete bathroom was modernized. The terrace is big over the vinyards, you still can see a little of the Douro River and Peso da Régua de nearest city ( 7 minutes from the house). This golden terrace , as some of our guests describe it, is peaceful good to have meals, to stay catching sun and watching the stars at nigth. A litle closed garden, other green spaces , the vinyards and the vegetable garden arround the house. The guests have access to all the house,terrace,garden and vineyards. The house is all available if it is only a couple,but only a bedroom included in the price. I love to speak with my guests about our wines, monuments and landscapes our culture and gastronomy. I'm available to give them some suggestions ,meanwhile they are completely free to choose what they want to do and visit. I'm available to organize a tasting or a hiking in the surroundings. LOURENTIM or Laurentim is a very little quiet and peaceful village surrrounded by vineyards; everything is green and covered with flowers during the Spring and Summer. In Autumn the vineyards have beautiful reds, yellow and orange leaves. The inhabitants are friendly and helpful. At the little chapel you can start the trail "Portas da Vila" and along this you can see beautiful vineyards,hear some little birds and see a litle away the Douro River. The calm and tranquility live here . It is an invitation to rest and relax ! You have cafes, restaurants and supermarkets at 5/10 minutes from the House. We have a bus stop very near, 300 meters, but the bus is only early in the morning, again about 2 o'clock and arround 5 and 7 o'clock returning back. We don't have bus during weekends . It is easy to call a taxi, but rent a car is the best to enjoy all the wonderful landscapes arround us and in all the region. As we are in a very little village we haven't municipal sewage network,so please put all the papers in the garbage can !
