Guest have use of all Granny flat on ground floor of house as well as use of fenced front yard. If in need of a laundry my laundry is available for use. I work part time, no set hours so I am around to offer help where required. I try to meet guests on arrival but if I am not able to personally meet guest a keypad lock box will have key & directions given on day of arrival. Walking distance to Lake Macquarie walking path & Warners Bay Cafes, though the walk back up the hill to our place may be difficult for some. Close to Speers Point Park which has a wonderful children's playground & Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility. 5 minutes from Glendale Athletics Centre & Warners Bay Ice Rink. We are on a bus route to Newcastle, Charlestown & other local suburbs. Train Station 5 minutes drive away & on bus route.
