- Spacious house in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood. - 5-10 min drive to beach. - Refurbished interior. - Bus & train station extremely short walking distance. - Plenty of shops in walking distance. - Light breakfast & snacks (cereal/toast/spreads/tea/coffee pods/milk/biscuits). Book 1st room for a couple (never share house unless with friends/family) & $20 every guest after (eg. If 7 people are staying just book for 5 additional guests). 7th guest has access to air mattress & linen. There is TV’s with Netflix registered in the front and back living rooms and second toilet in the laundry Entire house with keys to front door found in lockbox behind mail box. Available every day (should you have any questions) as I reside in the house behind on the same block. Central Avenue with its large range of local shops. 5-10 minutes walk. Train station, bus stop, walking route shown in house photos. Although the house is non smoking there is a small undercover smoking/seating area with ash tray available outside.
