Penyfan best walking route approximately 6 miles away This property is in the countryside down small lanes. You will need a car to get to the property. Countryside walks from the property This property is located down a small country lane with no shops / pubs within walking distance. Walks directly from the property. ** Please Note Hot Tub is private use and can only be used between the hours of 10am and 10pm If you are requiring all 3 bedrooms for only a few people, single room occupancy prices may apply please ask before booking. TOWELS NO LONGER SUPPLIED DUE YO COVID 19 ** ADDITIONAL CHARGES ** There is an additional charge of £25.00 / hour if you fail to vacate the property by the agreed time on the day of departure. If additional people are found to have been at the property there is an additional charge of £100.00 and you will be asked to vacate the cottage immediately. If the cottage is found to be left in an unreasonable conditional there will be an additional £50.00 cleaning charge. If there is misuse of the hot tub you will be charged an additional charge of £50.00 to empty it or the actual cost to repair the hot tub. When booking you are agreeing to these terms. Please ensure you have adequate Travel Insurance incase you cannot take your break as planned.
