COLONIAL HOUSE BETWEEN THE PARK AND THE SEA

Large house amidst the lush vegetation. The crab market, restaurants and beach are less than 10 minutes by scooter. In the morning, the breakfast offered is served in front of the pool. In the evening, the sunsets seen from the wooden terrace are superb. The serenity, the calm comfort will make your stay a wonderful time whether you are a couple, family or friends. In one of the suites a table and chairs allow to accommodate a work space The suites are equipped with King Size beds, air conditioning and a fan to give the occupants a choice. 1 extra bed can be arranged in 2 of the rooms, for children, bringing the maximum capacity to 8. For more people the "BIG HOUSE" should be rented. In the living room you find a bar area with fridge, kettle, a safe, and also board games. There is internet. The pool is salt. In order to preserve the environment the water heater is solar, however there is also an electric water heater relayed for the comfort of the occupants in case of bad weather. The house is for our guests only, and the have access to all the outdoors: swimming pool, garden, ball court, terraces, kitchen located on the ground floor and upstairs. They can pick and eat tropical fruits from the garden. Throughout the stay, the couple of guards take care of the property and the swimming pool. The household, the beds and the breakfasts are prepared by them, but they do not provide the dishes for the other meals. They are always smiling and helpful. We also remain available to our guests if needed. It may be possible to have meals delivered to the villa. At home you will find a booklet with all the necessary information. Quiet but close to the Natural Park, the Crab Market and Kep Beach. We can order a taxi on arrival in Phnom Penh. Tuk-tuks come at home . It is possible to rent scooters or bicycles nearby. The house is suitable for families however parents should be vigilant with the children according to the ramp of the terrace on the first floor (see photos) otherwise for the pool it is forbidden to leave children unattended , WE FREE ALL responsibility. BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED (bread, butter, jams, honey, corn flakes,fruits juices, milk, tea, coffe ans chocolate) A FRUIT BASKET IS WAITING FOR YOU UPON ARRIVAL. CAUTION: During the COVID period, breakfast is included but not served at the table by staff, and cleaning is only done after departure. For maximum respect of the barrier gestures the guardian couple does not exchange with the occupants. We hope to be able to return quickly to normal and user-friendly operations.
