Hills Hideaway, Modern Studio for a Cosy Stay

This super cosy studio apartment is a completely private, separate dwelling accessed from the side of the property and has off-street parking. It’s a modern, clean and relaxing place to stay. Across the road is the Belair National Park with many facilities, walking trails and nature experiences. Set in a beautiful suburb close to public transport. Only 12km to the city and the beach. Our hope is that you will feel comfortable and accommodated, to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of this area. It’s a freshly renovated, natural and low-tox environment. A great space to get-away for a few days; rest, recharge and/or explore the national park and local cafes. A washing machine is free for guests to use in the studio, with natural laundry liquid provided. Just 1 minute walk across the road, will take you to the gorgeous Belair National Park to enjoy nature, walking trails and wildlife. 5 minute drive to Blackwood shops, restaurants and cafes. 1.6 km to the local cafe, and gorgeous walks through Apex Park, Hawthorndene. 20 minute drive to the city and the beach. 10 minute drive to Flinders University. There are train and bus public transport options close by. Guests have free off street parking area in the front yard and their own separate walkway to the rear of property where the studio is located. Our guests are welcome to enjoy and relax in the backyard, and welcome to come and go as you please. There is also free street parking a little way up the street but on the national park side of the road but not on the footpath. We will be available whenever needed, but happy to give you privacy. You are welcome to contact us anytime. We have a very friendly neigbourhood, there are always people walking dogs and hiking in the area. The streets have many beautiful gardens and trees that guests often enjoy. There are also walking trails along the creek and river. There’s a bus stop a few houses along the road and the Belair a train station at the other corner of the national park. Coles and Woolworths deliver to our area and can easily be ordered online. Joans pantry cafe around the corner do free deliverys to. We let the delivery guy know to put the shopping at your sliding door for you. cafes and restaurants in the area sometimes do delivery’s through Uber eats etc to. We are passionate about health and wellness so we don't use chemicals or toxins in the studio or around our home. There’s also a Pura Tap water filter in the kitchen. We supply organic tea, organic coffee, organic coconut sugar, organic sugar-free drinking chocolate, rock salt, pepper and olive oil and natural hand/ body soap. There’s also all things you would need to cook meals including cutlery, plates, utensils, blender, convection microwave oven, electric frypan and sauspan etc. Please email for any special requests, we are happy to source other options if needed. All of our cleaning products and soap are non-toxic and 100% natural (Young Living brand). We will only be accessing the backyard to access our personal shed or the veggie patch other than that it’s your own space to enjoy. Please note: the deck and the front yard are part of the main house for our children to play and give you your privacy. As our main house and the studio share a hot water system, you may here some pipe noises when we use it. So far no one seems to have had any issues.
