Thank you for taking interest in my house. This house specially cater for Airbnb guests, suitable for family getaway/reunions, friends gathering and/or business trips but NO PARTIES ALLOWED. It's only 2km to Adelaide CBD and Showground, very close to Airport, Chinatown (Market) and Glenelg Beach. Walking distance to Ashford Hospital and cafes. In addition, there are 3 more bedrooms (2 x queens and 1 x double) and 1 bathroom with 2 separate toilets as well as 2 living rooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Open space office room, spacious backyard enough for 12 people and outdoor dining. 1 laundry room with dryer and ironing too. Kitchen equipped with 5 gas burner, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, dish washing machine and big pantry. Private parking space up to 3 cars, 1 car allow in the double garage, also more parking on the street if needed. Alarm and security You have access to the entire house, front and back yard. If needed to park car in the garage please let the host knows when you booked. You can park your car on the property and/or on the street but pls read the sign if you park on the street, 2hrs parking from 8am-5pm. The is a playground, basketball court and a soccer field for public access, just walk across the road (50m away). Walking distance to Ashford Hospital and Hudsons cafe The street itself is very quite and across the road is a park with children's playground, basketball court and a soccer field. Walking distance (10 mins) to Ashford Hospital. Hudsons Cafe is inside the hospital just near the entrance of the hospital. There is a 24hr Cafe Villis near the house, only 1 km away. Kurralta Park Shopping Centre is only 3 min drive. It includes Coles, K-Mart, Bakers Delight, Cibo Espresso Cafe, Kintaro (Japanese food), Nandos, Liquorland and a chemist shop and Newsagent. Very close to Adelaide Casino, China town/Central Market, Rundle Mall (city Shopping Centers) and Royal Adelaide Hospital Taking buses to the city from our house is a 5 min walk (Bus stop no 4) I would suggest you take an Uber/Taxi since you are so close to the city. Cost only $10-$12 to the City, Casino, Central Market, Royal Adelaide Hospital, University of Adelaide etc. 30 mins drive to Hahndorf (German village) 40 mins drive to SA Wineries Mclaren Vale and Barossa Valley 15 mins drive to Glenelg or Hendley Beach 12 mins drive to the Airport. 10 mins walk to Ashford Hospital and Hudsons Cafe. Sofa Bed can only be used as bed if there are more than 8 guests booking. - A double Mattress pad, two pillows and blanket/quilt will be provided.
