Cosy room in Sai Ying Pun heart of HK Female Only

It is a quiet single bedroom with a bed, a drawer, a wardrobe and a foldable desk, high floor, modern contemporary decor with lots of natural lights and a touch with quality accessories. The building itself located just 2 mins walk from Sai Ying Pun Station, 1-2 mins walk to supermarkets, cafes, 5-10 mins walk to HK Macau Ferry Terminal, 5 mins subway ride or 15 mins walk to central. Prime location, very easy access to all attractions, restaurants, bars and parks all over Hong Kong. Your room is a 1 person single guest room, with clean bed linens, drawer, wardrobe, etc. The apartment is cosy, clean and well maintained, convenient to stay in or go out to explore HK. Advantages: 1. clean, modern decor, high floor with nice view overlooking Kowloon side 2.Your room is bright and quiet with all essentials to stay comfort 3.Easy access to all public transportations 4.Lots of resturants/bars/cafes/shoppings nearby 5.Walk up to the Peak in a nice weather is adorable or jogging in a park in front of building 6. I am an easy-going person, well travelled, happy to give any advice A must stay apartment I would say:) You will share the apartment with me, the hostess. Of course, you have your own private room. You can access to kitchen, bathroom with a hot tub, living room and dinning room. I am an easygoing person who have lived in 4 continents, 5 cities in my life, well traveled, enjoys outdoor activities (hike, beach, kayak, sports, etc), also like a quiet night with a glass of wine and some books or TV after work. I would love to give you any advices/ tips about where to go, what to do, etc. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions. Located in between Sai Ying Pun and Sheung Wan, just 2 subway stops away from the luxury yet busy Financial District of HK, the neighbourhood is funky, lively , trendy, yet down to earth, easy to fit in. Known as "French quarter" or "small Brooklyn" of HK,it becomes a new hipster central, attracts to lots of young expats and local professionals who is working hard and play harder:) The neighborhood is home to lots of brilliant cafés and coffee shops, fantastic local and international cuisine, antique shops , art galleries and boutique designers shops, the famous antique street and trendy PMQ just 10-15 mins walk from my place. Locals, expats, tourists, businessmen, artists, you can ran into a lot of different people here, very interesting and tourists friendly. Parks: Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park just 5 mins walk, it offers a standard public swimming pool, morning jogging trail along the harbour , soccer field and 2 basketballs courts. Perfect for a morning walk/jogging. Groceries: small international supermarket and local supermarket are just within 1 min walking distance, other than that, a few bigger groceries stores are located within 5 mins walk. Laundry shops/massage/pharmacy are both closeby. 2 mins walk/literally 200 meters to Sai Ying Pun Subway Station Exit A1, basically it offers to access pretty much everywhere in HK. Traditional tram stop located a block away(3 mins walk) , so you can just jump on one to explore HK island. Buses, minibuses, taxies are both easy to catch. From/ to airport, it is about 35 mins taxi ride and approx. HK$300, also you can take airport express train, leaves every 10 mins from Hong Kong Station, a 2 metro stops away from my place, it takes about 24 mins to airport. You can use the free Hong Kong Station In-Town check-in service to check in your luggage prior to your flight (usually anytime at the same day of your flight but closes 90 mins before your flight departure. Trust me, I travel a lot , it is super helpful and easy to manage your time). It is a non-smoking, anti-drugs, no pets and pests-free apartment. Wifi is free of charge.
