Cottage only a walk away from all the essentials

This spacious 3 bedroom cottage is located near the local grocer, chinese restaurant, coffee shop, liquor store and new children’s playground. 5 minutes down the road you can find yourself in Glenrock Recreation Area, where you'll find nature walks that lead to a gorgeous beach. A 6- minute drive into town, is where you can find the best restaurants, clubs and bars. 5 minutes from John Hunter Hospital, Westfield shopping centre,cinemas, home makers centre, beach, local pool and Knights Stadium. This house has been recently renovated and features a new kitchen, bathroom and a fresh coat of paint. The house has two large bedrooms and a smaller room with double bunks. The place has a backyard that is secure and suitable for dogs. Guest can access the entire house as if it's their own. The only limitation is one of the garages which we use for personal storage. There is plenty of parking however with a double carport available for guests Both my two daughters and I will be available to help with any questions you may have. We all live locally so if there is anything urgent we can be there in no time! The coffee shop 'the cracked cup' is across the road, they roast their beans on site and their coffee is ah-mazing! There is a great park located next to the cottage, it has a fantastic new kids playground. You can see the kids playground from the kitchen window and from the coffee shop! The fish and chip shop is about 50m from the house and rated Top 3 in Newcastle. The beach is 5 minutes down the road which is a huge plus too! There are buses that run regularly, and the bus stop is directly outside the building. Ubers, taxis and Didi are all readily available too. Glenrock State Recreational Park is a few minutes walk from the cottage which has wonderful walking trails and fabulous bike trails. The place is dog friendly and we have water and food bowls available and a dog bed.
