Just 2 minute walk to Concord Hospital is this gorgeous and huge character home set up for your comfort and enjoyment as you make use of all the common areas and spaces. We have two lovely lounge rooms, two separate patios, a modern well equipped kitchen complete with both gas and electric hotplates, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils, pots and pans and a fully functional laundry. We have a great Weber barbecue to enjoy whilst swimming in our pool Bedrooms are stylish, cosy and comfortable This house is in such a peaceful quiet street that is only around the corner from buses to Olympic park, Rhodes, Sydney City and Local train Stations All rooms, two lounge rooms, formal dining room , two out door patios, kitchen , laundry, front and back yard, swimming pool I live at this address but if I am away I can easily be contacted by phone via air bnb or else I have a friend who lives here permanently and is available to assist if you require anything. I pride myself on a very clean and tidy house however as I have two rooms for air bnb guests, and a shared bathroom, then I cannot always guarantee that the place will remain sparkling clean during the guests stay. Breakfast by way of cereal, toast and spreads, tea and coffee will be available throughout your stay as well as basic bathroom needs of shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. Spices and oil will also be available for your use to help make cooking easier for you Wifi is available as is Netflix Beautiful quiet street yet minutes away from shops, great restaurants, huge shopping centres such as Macquarie and Rhodes as well as byusiness centres and Olymppic Park. If you are working at Concord Hospital, or if you are a patient of family member, you could not find a more perfect location, a stones throw away. We are just around the corner (2 minutes walk) from the bus stop which will take you to many places including Ryde, Rhodes, Olympic Park, Burwood, Strathfield and North Strathfield Train Stations so you can also catch any trains throughout the city of Sydney. This room is the smaller of the two available air BNB rooms but it still has a big built in wardrobe and lovely outlook on the the landscaped front garden. The bed is a comfortable double bed
