Griya Kulala homestay is located in the northern part of Yogyakarta and close to malls and major tourism objects. Nesting in a new residential complex with 24hrs security system, our brand new two storeys house is provided with free wifi, cable tv, 3 air conditioned bed rooms, 2 living rooms, a working station, kitchen, a backyard and 2 carports just for your convenience. Note: currently there are some construction works around the house. But we prepare our place best for our guests. The name "Kulala" is originated from our family's trip back in 2016 to a small town of Gundagai, NSW, Australia. The waiter from the restaurant that we had the dinner misspelled the word “Koala” as Kulala. To our surprise, this “Kulala” just made our day and became a happy memory for our family. In Swahili itself, “kulala” means “sleeping well.” Therefore, we picked up this easy name for our homestay in Jogja, hoping that you will enjoy a good rest in our home. We offer a comfy yet value for money accomodation in Yogyakarta. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with 24 hrs security system, just for your ease of mind. It is well furnished, clean and tidy. National and international TV channels and free portable wifi access are provided free of charge for guests. Be our guests, since you will get all access to the entire rooms. If you bring cars, our carport can accomodate 2 cars perfectly. Nesting in the northern part of Yogyakarta, Kulala Homestay is surprisingly close to the city's point of interests: 7 minutes to Jogja City Mall and Jogja Food Paradise on Magelang Street, 5 minutes to Jombor Bus Terminal, 7 minutes to the authentic Jejamuran (mushrooms) Resto, 8 minutes to UGM University Hospital, 35 minutes to Lava Tour Adventure in Kaliurang, 1.5 hrs to the exotic Borobudur Temple, and 40 minutes to Adisucipto Airport and 20 minutes to Malioboro. You can also easily buy food in the surrounding residence complex. 1. GRAB / GOJEK & GOCAR (App Store / Play Store). It provides you car or motorcycle taxi, even ordering food that would be delivered right to your door. Payment is cash and online. 2. ALL-IN CITY CAR RENTAL (IDR 550K/12hrs) include driver as guide, car for 6 passangers and fuel. The driver will help you safe time and money to make your visit enjoyable and more efficient. 3. IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN CAR, you can park the cars in our two car parks in our property. By booking this property, then you agree with our house rules. 1. No party, no alchohol, no drugs, and no prostitute allowed. • Dilarang berpesta, menggunakan narkoba/alkohol dan dilarang memasukkan PSK. 2. Charge will apply for any damage or lost. • Jagalah kebersihan seluruh furniture dan fasilitas rumah. Jika ada kerusakan / kotor / kehilangan, biaya perbaikan akan dibebankan ke penyewa. 7.
