Set amidst beautiful bushland and situated beside a man made waterway, this well appointed 3 bedroom Villa is all yours for a weekend or week escape to the country. We are ideally located 30 minutes from the famous Australia Zoo and just 45 minutes to Caloundra and 55 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport. Brisbane International Airport is just under 1 hr from our door. The Woodford Folk Festival site is just a hop, skip and a jump from the Villas door. Located on the property is a world renowned man made Waterski lake built to International standards and boasts weather conditions unsurpassed. (We hire the lake out at $55per hour, please book directly for further information)The lake is protected by heavily treed areas either side making it ideal to waterski in all conditions. Of course if waterskiing is not your thing feel free to take a leisurely stroll amongst the trees and spot the magnificent birdlife that is attracted to this serene part of the world. At night feel free to roast marshmallows over an open fire. Woodford township is just a 5 minute drive and is well equipped with supermarkets, bottle shops and local cafes. The Villa is well appointed for long stays, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, a deck with a laundry and BBQ facilities and 3 bedrooms, 1 x King, 2 x singles, 1 x Queen. All up this Villa can accommodate 6 people comfortably. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. We welcome you to come and experience this beautiful property and all its offerings. The Villa is set back from the water, There is only one boat on the water at any time and they are engineered for quietness, so they won't ruin the serenity experienced here every day. NO PARTIES! Anyone found to be having a raging party will be asked to leave immediately. We live 200m away onsite. We are a camping ground and campers will be occupying the space around the house. The house is still private and fenced. We are a shared campsite. Many festivals throughout the year, nice and close to the surrounding attractions, Maleny, Australia Zoo and 40 minutes to Caloundra. We run a camping ground which is situated below the house with a buffer of trees separating the area. The house does have a fence.
