A newly built townhouse with a spacious, cozy and relaxing bedroom with a high-quality queen bed. Short walk to shops, dining, supermarkets. The bus stops out the front door willing to take you to the local train station, shops, city, and other Melbourne's attractions. Our place is very close to many amenities and easy to get to the CBD from. Easy 10-minute walk to Sunshine train station, marketplace, and plaza. We are not on the premises during the stay but the roommates are lovely, one from New Zealand and the other from Greece they are both working full time but home at night, though will always give you your privacy and also help with any questions or concerns. Great location. Near shopping centre, restaurants, gym and cinema. And only a short train ride to more and more. Parking is available in the driveway and you are only a 10 min walk (less than 1km) to Sunshine station in a quiet and relaxing group of townhouses and only 20-minute train ride or drive to the city.
