Country cottage in the beautiful Usk Valley

The cottage has recently been newly renovated and beautifully designed throughout retaining the original features whilst being modern and luxurious. It is walking distance or a short drive to the beautiful town of Usk in the Usk Valley and on the fringe of the Brecon Beacons and close to Abergavenny. It offers great walking, cycling and fishing opportunities. The cottage includes a well kitted out kitchen, private garden with table, chairs, a chiminea and a BBQ overlooking fields, a wood burner (including logs), a spacious sitting room to relax in. Sleeping accommodation includes a large bedroom with a king size bed as well as a second bedroom with twin beds making it perfect for families, couples or friends. There is a roll top bath with a shower and fresh towels and bed linen provided. There is private parking which is gated. The owner (Isobel) lives in the house behind the property and is happy to help or contact by phone or email. The surrounding countryside provides beautiful walking and fishing and the Brecon Beacons are a short drive away. You can walk to Usk along the river within 25 mins or it is a 5 minute drive. The staircase is quite steep and parents should be aware for little children they would need to watch them no the stairs but we can usually put a stair gate in.
