Tropical paradise- Super Friendly 2

I live in a deluxe urbanisation near Marbella on the beachside. It has a huge swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts, areas for football and basketball and lots of beautiful gardens with a variety of tropical plants. There is a small bar/restaurant near the swimming pool which is open until late and has a Wifi connection.There are no main roads to cross inside the urbanisation. It is 5 minutes from the beach and also to the nearest bus stop. There are supermarkets and other shops nearby. I am a very friendly person and will share all with you- my piano, huge DVD library, many books. Just ask me. You can use my kitchen as well but only to prepare small things such as sandwiches. My fridge is small . I cannot store much. The room has its own terrace- one of four which the house has- and is spacious and luminous. You would have your own bathroom. This room and terrace are much bigger than my other listing. I have two canaries and a small dog who weighs 2 kilos. I do not think you would be bored here! Thank you The living room, terraces and kitchen only for heating small things. I love interacting with guests and have a lot to share. Yes. About 5 minutes on foot from my house. My property is registered through the Registro de Turismo de Andalucia- No VFT/MA/11920 Air conditioning is also being installed. An official complaint form is available.
