The house is located in a settlement in the hills of Andora and consists of a bedroom, a large living and dining area with kitchen and new comfortable bedcouch, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and TV. The kitchen is integrated in the living and dining area. It is new and equipped with all the amenities (large refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker). In the living and dining area is a new comfortable sofa bed and a table with 4 chairs. TV and radio are naturally present. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, hair dryer and washing machine. On the balcony is also a table with 3 chairs. Sitting here in the evening with a glass of wine, cicadas chirping and sunset: the holiday feeling starts! The apartment is very bright and total brand new and modern with large windows. Air conditioning is available even though it's not needed because the location is nice ventilated. PARKING: The flat DOESN' T have a dedicated parking slot; this is a general situation in Liguria. Since the house is located in a quite location, the car will be park on the road in front of the flat or in a bigger area near-by. Il'll give you a suggestion about this.
