An even shorter walk connects you to Perth via the train, just 12 min into the city. Fremantle is an easy 15min drive away and bus stop is 2min from your door. Your own private flat with seperate entry, spacious and convenient, with those extra details so much more than you'd expect from an apartment. The separate lounge and dining area is light and airy with easy secure separate access adjacent to our home. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessities for simple meal prep. Toaster, kettle, microwave and single induction stove with pot, pan and food storage containers to suit. An assortment of teas and coffee are also provided. Wonderful local supermarket and cafes are nearby with plenty of options for you to choose from. Continental style breakfast is included in your stay - cereals, fruit or toast and choice of spreads., just let us know your preferences. We're happy to accommodate special dietary needs. Please make your request on booking. Yes, it's true, a king size bed! A Wentaex Austrian made mattress specially designed for a good nights sleep. All our guests comment on the excellent sleep they have while staying with us. Your full size bathroom includes shower and a separate toilet. Equipped with grab rails making it ideal for those needing a little more assistance. Look out onto the leafy garden from your bedroom and lounge while you read a book or take advantage of free Netflix streaming and WiFi. Your guest suite is fully self contained with separate private entry. Of course we are only next door if you need anything or even just some tips and tricks to get around our beautiful area. There is one car space available in the driveway if needed and on street parking. Just let us know so we can arrange to make your space available. We're usually around if you need any assistance, we love sharing local knowledge, tips for getting around and places to see in Perth. Unless otherwise arranged we'll be home to greet you on arrival and give you your keys. We are located in a lovely leafy, quiet street and love that our neighbour is a large park with beautiful leafy trees. The best thing about our area is the fantastic local stores, supermarket, the best fruit and vegetable store around and fantastic authentic Wood fired Pizza at the local restaurant. All only 450 meters from your door. Only a 10 min walk to Bull Creek train station and only another 12min on the train to arrive in Perth City, it's so perfect for business travelers or seeing the sights. Kings Park, the City of Perth, The Swan River, South Perth, Fremantle and Rottnest Ferries are all in easy reach. The river is 900 meters easy walk where it is ideal for Stand Up Paddle Boarding and Kayaking. You'll also find a great network of walking tracks and cycling tracks. Perth Airport is just 16km away taking just 20min in non-peak periods. Around $25-32 using ride share. The bathroom and toilet have been equipped with grab rails suitable for someone with impaired mobility. Our council provides recycling and composting system for waste. So we would love our guests to jump on the sustainability band wagon too. Separating recyclables and food waste/organics is easy with the special bins provided. If sustainability is important to you we are also 100% solar powered.
