Has plenty of light, is bright and cheerful with a touch of cheeky retro. There's a great back yard and the street is really quiet. You'll have full use of internet facilities and a home office, lounge room with all the mod tech you need to stream from your device, listen to tunes, catch Netflix or just chill out and read a book. A modern kitchen with gas cooking, plenty of fridge and freezer space, as well as good laundry facilities. The backyard has a slight Hawaiin theme, is spacious and a relaxing spot to kick back with good BBQ facilities and plenty of under cover entertaining space for eating outside in summer. If you've seen the film, The English Patient, and love small aircraft, you'll adore sitting out under the stars with a drink watching the light planes overhead as they graciously glide in to land. And no, they're not noisy, just enchanting. It's a great stop over point if you're heading to the Eyre Peninsula, visiting family in the area, or coming in and out of Parafield Airport. You'll have friendly hosts and two curious feline companions who'll make you feel very welcome. These lovely Australian Mist cats are pretty clued in, affectionate, and looking forward to any extra pats you bring! I'm an eternally curious maverick who loves all things innovative and digital.
