We serve you free healthy breakfast, help yourselves to fruit and herbal infusions from our organic garden. You can join our healthy family lunch and dinner for reasonable prices. We also serve you drinks and snacks. We are permanently living on the site and will be available for you to your liking. We share the meals and will be here for a chat or make some music in the evenings if you like to. We introduce you to our Vietnamese friends and neighbours, learn about their lives, tell them about you and pay visit to their homes in the village. Sabine will look after you, organize guides and transport or take you on a bikeride on little streets to the Ancient Capital and into the UNESCO complex. We take you out for a dinner in Ninh Binh town to eat and drink with the locals, even karaoke afterwards, if you like to experience this noisy Vietnamese enjoyment. We have no direct neighbours. Across the dyke road is the river and the karst mountains are nearby. The village with little grocer shops, workshops and repair shops is easily reached walking or cycling about 1 km. You can see the Pagoda Rock which you can access to the top by stairs and visit the big cave and pagoda underneath.
