Our Exclusive private Estate is located only a few minutes from Mae Sai at the foot of the mountain with a great view towards Myanmar and Doi Tung. If you are searching a rural and authentic experience in an exclusive Lanna Style Residence, You’ll love it. The ambiance, nature and little chapel on the Estate are unique. It is ideal for couples, families and pets. Normally the venue is our private Holiday Estate and wouldn't be open to public, but it is just to beautiful to keep it from you. Exclusive and very spacious Lanna Style Residence with western Standards and western amenities. There are 4 Main buildings on the Estate. The very spacious 40sqm Lanna style Cottage, the Main Building, Maid House with Room for Driver and the Chapel. The Residence has a big well kept Garden, with numerous Orchids, Palm and Bamboo trees and other local Flora and Fauna. All Beds and Furniture are made of Teak Wood in traditional Thai Lanna Style. All Rooms have LG Artcool Airconditioning, LG TVs, Slumberland Mattresses and LED Lighting for an exclusive European standard of living. We can provide a Baby Bed for your little one, of course free of charge. Located at the Foot of the Mountain with beautiful view towards the mountains and Myanmar. Great hub for trips to Doi Tung, the Golden Triangle, Myanmar and Chiang Rai. Guests can access all Amenities of the Residence. The spacious Living room and kitchen in the Main Building. The Kitchen in the Maid House. The Beautiful Garden with traditional Lanna Style Salas and the Chapel. Our Maid would happily fulfill all your wishes and can prepare meals and transportation on demand. We have Hi-Steed Internet via Wi-fi available for all our guests This is a holiday house. We are normally not present but our Domestic Helper would happily assist you and you can always fell free to give us a ring. Located in a rural Area but close to the Highway it is a great Hub for Trips in the Chiang Rai province and to Myanmar. You will be experiencing nature and rural northern Thai culture, with European standards of luxury living. There are public busses with a main stop nearby at Wat Baan Tam, but we would recommend a rental car or other transportation. The Residence is located 47km from Chiang Rai International Airport and 14km to Mae Sai City. We can provide a driver or a rental car, if needed. The Residence is in an rural area, so you might wake-up to howling roosters and experience small animals, such as toads, tree frogs or little Lizards No worries though. There are no harmful animals in the Area, except for the crocodile and tiger at the temple and pittoresk lake nearby.
