This newly renovated light and spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is near everything that Toowoomba has to offer. It is a home away from home for extended families, teams and workers. Close to St Andrew's Hospital, Shopping Centre and a short drive to the city center. Linen supplied. Free Wifi. Netflix on main television. Pets NOT ALLOWED. Please list names of all guests staying when you put in your request. Only guests listed are allowed to stay. No parties or events. Max 9 guests only. This is a lovely big house that has been newly renovated. There is lots of space for the whole family, teams and workers. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Ensuite & your own Television Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds - a Double bed on the bottom and a Single bed on the top. Bedroom 4 - has 2 x Single Beds. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioners in them. 2.5 bathrooms Lounge room with comfy sofas. Dining room, breakfast bar and work area for business guests. Laundry with washer and dryer. A spacious Sunroom with lots of seating and a toy box full of toys for the children. A lovely deck and BBQ area out the back to sit and relax at the end of the day. Double carport for your cars but no access to the garage This is our family home and we rent it out during our time away. We will not be at the property during your stay but you will be greeted by a friend who will give you access and show you around the house. If our friend is not available, we will give you access via a key system. We are always contactable by phone or email. A welcome book will detail all the things you need to know about the property and the city in order to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible. Located in Wilsonton on the Western side of Toowoomba. It is close to St Andrews Hospital (600metres / a 5 minute walk) , Sacred Heart School, the Toowoomba Airport and Wilsonton Shopping Centre (850 metres - a 10 minute walk). This shopping centre has a Coles, Woolworths, Hair & Beauty, Cheesecake Shop, Cold Rock, Pizza Hut, Bakery, Hungry Jacks, KFC, Subway, Pharmacy, Banks & ATM's, Newsagency. Crazy Gallagher's restaurant is located at the Wilsonton Hotel which is next to the shopping centre. They serve delicious meals and have a great play area for the children. The main city centre is only 4 kms away (about an 8 minute drive). The city buses run every half an hour from St Andrew's Hospital - just a 5 minute walk from the house. You will need a car as this suburb is on the outskirts of Toowoomba. It will take you about 10 minutes to drive to the city centre. A welcome book will detail all the things that you need to know about the property and the city in order to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible. A welcome supply of Tea, coffee, milk and basic condiments are available to make your first days eaiser. We are not coffee drinkers and we don't have a coffee machine. There is a hairdryer in the main bathroom. Cleaning is only completed upon departure. For long term stays, cleaning can be arranged by our cleaner for a fee.
