Please consider the Municipality of Venice asks for a tourist tax of 4 Euro per day per person (first 5 days) Our place is in Venice - Mestre, in new and valuable building and with all comforts, (Internet Wirelss LAN and airconditioning) Modern and funcional forniture, ideated to meet our guest's needs, even the little ones. You can have also cot, just ask for it! Your little pets are welcome too in our place. The house consists in living room with kitchen, double bed room and bathroom. In the linving room there is a sofa bed for two other people. Near home there is the bus stop to Venice, and you can reach train station in almost 30 minutes of walck. Our place is esay to reach if you come by car (check out the detailed parking guide), and also if you arrive with train or airplane. It's also very easy to reach other beautiful cityes of our region, like Verona, Padova, Treviso and Vicenza. The reservation covers the whole house. There are no shared spaces A warm welcome and lots of information on services, public transport and how to get around Venice is the secret to a perfect vacation! That is why I try to personally welcome my guests. and when that's not possible (I work as a lawyer in Padova) a friend is going to welcome you. In the apartment you're going to find detailed pieces of information about the house, transportation. I'm also avaliable for my guests during theyr holiday and I have a trusted person to send for immediate help in case it may need. The apartment is served by the line number. 7 and 10 ACTV that connects directly to the train station and Venice. Under the house you can park your car. Parking is free. You can reach the apartment by bus or taxi from the airports or the Mestre Railway Station. Taxi usually wait for clients outside the airportat at the platform or outside train station Price from airport is 40/50 Euro, from train station 15/20 Euro. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and safe . Besides the price it is deovuta the tourist tax established by the City of Venice . The tax is equal to 4 € per person per day for the first 5 days ( 50% teens 10-16 years ) . Children 0-10 tourist tax is not due . The tax is collected by the owner of the apartment on arrival and the latter poured into the coffers of the City .
