My place is 10 minutes walk to Clarkson Station and on bus route to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, close to Mindarie beaches and Sunset coast. 10 minutes from Joondalup Lakeside and Joondalup Golf. 15 minutes from Yanchep National Park. You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The Apartment is not a shared space, but completely separate rear portion of the property, like a flat. You have access via the rear lane and carport to the back of the property, and no interaction is required with the front of the property. Facilities are one large bedroom with queen size bed and desk, and tv with Foxtel. A large bathroom with bath and shower, and fully equipped kitchenette with electric stove top. Carport parking for one car. There is an outdoor area to sit and relax. Fuly equipped laundry area with drier. Guests can access the rear portion of this property via the rear lane and garage door. The front portion of the property is a 2 bedroom apartment but completely seperate from the rear with entrance via the front street. We are next door and willing to assist as required. A quiet neighborhood with parks, close to train station and Ocean Keys Shopping Centre. About 7 minutes walk to Clarkson Station and buss routes to shopping center and surrounding suburbs.
