Luxury 250 yr old Swiss farm with wine cellar

Experience time together among close friends & family in a romantic atmospheric wine cellar. This historic old wine farm house dating back to 1753 is close to the lake, city center and many restaurants. Enjoy evenings in the cellar, bbqs in the courtyard, the garden and feel at home with the beautiful décor and luxury furnishings: 4 master bedrooms with king sized beds, children's room, Victorian bathroom, kitchen & living/dining room. Min 2 nights required. No parties or smoking. A refundable damage security deposit of 1000chfs is required. All cleaning / clear up must be conducted by lead guest. All bottles / recycling, and rubbish must be removed by guest prior to departure. There are strict regulations in terms of how and where rubbish is dumped. Some guests like to clean after themselves so we do not charge a cleaning fee as part of the price. If you would like a cleaner after your stay then please notify us. It is 150 chfs. No smoking is permitted on the premises. Pets allowed upon request only and with a deposit. Parking is inside white lines free of charge. Cars may not be illegally parked elsewhere. Washing machine available upon request for stays 3 nights or more. Kindly ask two weeks in advance. Ruschlikon is well connected by train, bus and boat. There is a direct link from the other nearby train station Thalwil to/from Zurich airport. Check in is from 4pm. An earlier check in time may be arranged on request. Please ask if you need help with luggage from the local Ruschlikon or Thalwil train stations. Checkout is at 10am. A later checkout may be possible. Please ask. If you use chairs under pergola only (not garden use) then they must be stored after use at side of house in the dry.
