Lovely apartment on coastline, Rose, Montenegro

House is settled on one of the most attractive location in Montenegro, in a ancient settlement Rose on the peninsula Lustica. Rose is sheltered from strong waves and has wi-fi, tv and separate entrance. Apartment have a bathroom, small kitchen and big balcony. Distance from parking and cafe-restaurants is on 3-7 minutes walk. We organise transfers from airports Tivat ( 20km), Dubrovnik (56km), and Podgorica (112km). For all guests on disposition is private mall where guests can tie up boats in front of the house. On the peninsula are also well known beaches: Zanjice, Mamula island, Blue Cave, Mirista, Dobrec, Almara. To Herceg Novi town frequently goes boat "Loro". Medieval town Kotor (UNESCO) is on 20km distance. You’ll love my place because of the light and untouched Mediterrenian nature. House is ideal choice for guests who seeking for a privacy. Also is good choice for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and smaller groups. Rose is walking area so all cars we leaving on parking which is on entrance of settlement, what is next to the house. We practicing to wait our quests in front of the house (house is second in the settlement, very easy to find). The name of the Rose dates back to the first centuries of beautiful pale red color consisting of sunsets at the very entrance to the Bay. You can wait in evenings for fishing boat that in return from the open sea stops at Rose to restaurants in order to left them fresh fish and mussels, and buy soem fresh fish. This house is small, it is consisted of all together 2 apartments. You will be able to acess private mall where are 4 deckchairs, entrance to the sea which is in front of apartment, also two balconies with great sea view which are part of your apartments. We will be availabe to offer our help during your stay because we are living in next village which is on 10min driving distance from Rose. Also on phone call. Lustica peninsula is so called because the sunniest part of the Bay of Kotor (lus - Lustica), rich in bushes and in some places there are pine trees, agaves and oleanders, which provide excellent shade and refreshing smell of hot summer days. On Lustica is no water supply so that residents in large tanks collect rainwater during the year which is used for cooking and other purposes. Therefore, those who come for years to Rose as guests know that with your hosts you can do all, only the water without wasting attention ... not! :) Because of the hiddenness and the spirit, many famous artists and people who want to escape from the bustle select Rose for a years as a place of rest that do not change. Whole Rose are pedestrian zone, and the locals as well as guests all vehicles leaving in the parking at the entrance of the Rose, which is free and safe. The house is the last in the settlement and you need go 7-10min on foot. The first boat "Loro" to Herceg Novi leaves at 6:30h AM and the ticket for one person is 2-3 euro. From the port of Herceg Novi you can reached Rose by small boats which goes all day. The port is located 15 minutes walk from the bus station of Herceg Novi. (This is good option you you comming from Dubrovnik airport). If you arrive via the airport Tivat, distance from Rose is 20km, and you need to turn on the first roundabout to the right following the sign of the Rose. Rose is small settlement and have no market. Every morning about 10:00 hs our neightbour Milan comes with a white van on the mall at the entrance of Rose and selling fresh bread, fruits, vegetables, so majority of inhabitants while waiting him enjoying morning cafe in one of two cefe-restaurants near by. You can do the same or go to Herceg Novi port to the market. There are 3 caffee-restaurants, and by boat quest can reach others on peninsula as well as Herceg Novi town. On the peninsula there is an asphalt road that leads to Kotor and Tivat and the beach winding through the centuries-old olive groves and villages. In some houses you can buy small quantities of local products such as organic vegetables, olive oil, a traditional specialty cheese in olive oil and brandy of maginja (lat.Arbutus unedo).
