Luxury studio by the sea

Ground floor apartment 35 squares in front of the sea. Opposite there is a fish tavern and a little further down an alley that leads to the sea. At 100 meters there is a mini market and a beach bar. In the room there is a kitchen with all the household ,smoke detector and fire extinguisher. There is a bathroom with a hairdryer and shampoo. The TV has satellite channels. There is also internet. The apartment is equipped with cotton towel and bed linen. In the outer space there is parking, playground, barbeque, swings, and outdoor shower. Our presence will be discreet. We will come once a week to maintain the courtyard and clean the house. Quiet family and friendly neighborhood
