Luxury Farm Cottage & Hot tub.

The Coach house sits on Gwynfryn farm below the main farmhouse and is the first property coming up our driveway. It is suitable for parties of 2/12 guests. Recently renovated with new bathrooms, flooring and decoration throughout and comfortable and homely furnishings. Perfect for family gatherings and groups of friends. Hot tub - private for this cottage available in back garden. There is a garden to the rear which is private to this property with a private Hot Tub. The lounge has French doors leading out onto a private patio with garden table and chairs. We live on the farm and this cottage sits below our farmhouse. We are here to welcome guests in and help with anything during their stay. I like to give guests their space and enjoy the house and everything Wales has to offer. We are a 10 minute walk from Llanbedr village where there are 3 pubs all serving bar food and all have great beer gardens. The nearest beach is a 5 min drive from the farm. Cars are the best way of getting around our area. There are buses and trains but not a vast timetable so can be delayed.
