Welcome to the Bavarian capital city! As I’m traveling myself, I’m renting out my light-flooded studio apartment in the heart of Munich. It is centrally located and offers tourists and business travelers an ideal retreat after an eventful day. In the living room, you will find variety of artwork and high-quality furniture. Enjoy your stay and have a rest in the bright room with its cozy queen-size bed as well as on the classy couch. Moreover, the bathroom contains modern and stylish fittings. My studio apartment is located in the popular Gärtnerplatz quarter near the Isar. The living room is laid out with parquet flooring and furnished in loft design, in addition some art objects decorate the walls. The free standing double bed (160x200cm), which will be prepared for you before your arrival with high quality bed linen, offers an oasis of relaxation in the middle of the light-flooded room. The facing sofa invites you to linger in the evening hours. My open fully-equipped kitchen, whose fittings are made of great natural stone, offers you everything you need for a self-prepared meal. A Nespresso is available for frahling lovers. The elegant Biedermeier table connects the kitchen with the living room and is also an ideal workplace. In the entrance area a large built-in wardrobe offers enough space to store your clothes and luggage. The bathroom is designed with beautiful natural stone, an individually designed lighting concept and a large rain shower. In your temporary home you will find fresh, high-quality towels and bed linen as well as care articles for your use. During your stay, you'll have the whole apartment to yourself & access to all rooms except the storage room. 1. Supermarkets, grocery stores and bakeries: - “Penny” is just around the corner. - “Netto“ is within walking distance and edeka is also 1 minutes away on foot. 2. Restaurants, bars and cafés: - There are a lot of restaurants, bars and cafés around the neighborhood. Now it is your decision where you want to go! 3. Natural spots: - „Gärtnerplatz“ is just in front of the apartment. 4. Beer gardens and confectioneries etc.: - “Biergarten am Viktualienmarkt” ist 5 minutes away on foot. 5.
