The apartment is consisted from 2 rooms, the bedroom, with a double bed and a sofa with a small table.The bedroom has a wall mounted smart TV 32' , and it is air conditioned. The other room is the kitchen, separate room with refrigerator, electric boiler, oven , pot, pan , dishes etc, coffeemakers; Nespresso and French coffee, toast maker, microwave oven etc. We provide bed sheets, pillows and pillow covers, towels, shampoo and soap. The total inner surface is 32 sq.m. The bedroom is comfortable, with a sofa, and a big closed , hangers etc.The TV in the bedroom, is a smart one, and the internet (wifi) connection is VDSL.All spaces are connected via a hall.The bathroom has a shower and it is not big because the apartment is not designed for families. The balcony doors have additional mesh protection (sliding mesh kit).The bathrooms window is protected also by mesh . The general purpose hot water is heated by a marked switch on the central electric panel of the (Website hidden by Airbnb) 10 mins you switch off. NEVER open hot water if the electric boiler switch is on, for extra safety reasons. The entire Apartment 32 sq.m. fully equipped, and the balcony with extra table and chairs . It is a town environment, but please notice that it is quiet apartment, in the back of the building, and the near view is consisted by threes and gardens .In the same building square you can find 3 super markets, and 2 roads before (3 minutes by foot) there are 3 grocery stores.The apartment is located almost to the center of town , despite that it is quiet. In 4minutes by foot, you are in the commercial center of the town, where many places are located, cafe, restaurants, bars etc.The port to Corfu is 11 minutes away , by foot, so you can organize a day visit to Corfu, historic town center.Syvota a very touristic place is located 26 minutes away, by car. The local beach is Drepanos. In the "rules" I notice 3 usefull link guides for the area you can move into. Enjoy. The town can be explored by (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a seaside located city, with walk way near along the seaside.There is also bike road Along the sea.You can visit the towns museum , and by car you can explore many sides and beaches. The town has many caffe places , restaurants , taverns. The local beach is 7 mins away by car , named Drepanos, a 3,5 km sandy beach , with free parking, and shower spots. In 26 km you can find Syvota and local beaches. To the Syvota marina you can get boat trip for local mini cruise. You can have access to vdsl internet. You will also have access to smart tv operation. You can utilize Nespresso machine, but you will get your capsules from the local market. If you need Nespresso branded capsules then better take them with you before your trip. There is also a machine for French coffee. There is also an electric boiler for making quickly potable hot water . For your additional comfort the balcony doors and the shower window have mesh protection.
