On the ground floor of a charming semi detached house (Villa Norma) with two apartments, it sleeps 5-7 persons and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living/dining room with a double sofabed, SAT TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating, private entrance, a car park, a garden and a lovely veranda. Shared swimmimg pool at 100 m. (paid service) Beach 100 m., town centre 200 m. Golf 27 holes, tennis, water sports within 1000 m. Shops, restaurants and services within 500 m. Managed directly by helpful owner It is ideal for 5 people but 2 more persons may sleep in the sofa-bed in the living room. We can provide a foldable travel cot for children under 3 years for free. We do not normally accept large groups of young people.
