Beautiful, spacious converted barn with large pool

Chez Hiboux is a gorgeous converted barn in a vintage style with 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet. The family bathroom features a traditional French slipper bath. It has a private fenced garden and BBQ area leading to the large, heated pool and children's play area. We are a short drive from the old market town of Civray and it's amenities. Great for cycling, hiking and canoeing. For the ultimate in rural relaxation, welcome to our little piece of heaven. Our gites are situated on 2 acres of gardens and meadow giving you plenty of space for children to run and play in complete safety, yet we are only a 5 minute drive from local shops and the town of Civray. Plenty of family days out locally, canoeing highly recommended! Full access to large pool and play areas. We live on site and are very happy to help with any queries or offer advice on local amenities to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. Although we are in a rural setting, we are only 5 minutes drive from the nearest shops and from the market town of Civray which has town wonderful farmer's markets on a Tuesday and Friday morning. Civray also has two top class boulangerie, excellent charcuterie, a quaint cinema showing the latest French and English movies and for evening entertainment, check out Lich Bar with frequent live music. We have a private car park for the use of our guests. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only. There is a maximum of two pets per gite. Please note that we have rules in place to ensure a happy and safe holiday for all. Dogs should not be left unattended in the gite for any length of time. Dogs need to be on a lead at ALL times in the shared areas and are not allowed in the pool area. We ask that you clean up after your dog and respect our home. A charge of €6 per day (€40 per week) will be applied by Airbnb to the booking after confirmation.
