Private parking is available across the street. There are several grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance and the compact kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals on your own. The studio is equipped with a double-sized bed, a large closet, a small desk, an easychair to relax and a TV. The compact kitchen offers everything you require to cook a simple meal, brew fresh coffee in the moka pot or heat up something in the small electric oven. The bathroom has a sink with a large mirror over it, a toilet and a shower. You'll also find a hair-dryer and some other toiletries. Fresh towels are also available. The studio is located on the third floor (no elevator) and is all yours. The shared laundry room can be used whenever it is available and has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a rack.
