Anasa Villa with big pool, sea view & courtyard

Welcome to Anasa! A sunny place with spectacular views of the South Cretan Sea near Ierapetra. My name is Evangelia and I live permanently here with my family. We offer warm Cretan hospitality in a two-storey villa with free sea views. At the same location there are 3 other tourist residences. Anasa is the ideal place for relaxing holidays with a large courtyard and swimming pool. Anasa Estate is covered with large olive trees. It produces its own energy from a solar park and has excellent water that goes through reverse osmosis and UV treatment. Anasa Villa has 110 sqm in two levels and a 30 sqm terrace. It is equipped with all the necessities and the equipment is new and in excellent condition. There is a continuous hot water supply, independent air conditioning in the 2 rooms, electric shock switch, fire extinguishers, 2 HD TVs and fast internet access. The villa is delivered clean and attentive, with a Cretan treat for the welcome. The cleanliness of the outdoor and swimming pool is daily and there is the possibility of frequent change of linen and towels upon request. The villa is self-catering with a kitchenette featuring all the necessary for breakfast and light cooking. There is access to a washing machine and ironing facilities. At the top level is the king size suite, also suitable for honeymooners, with two-seater Jacuzzi in the large bathroom, mini bar fridge and fireplace for a cozy atmosphere in the winter. The large balcony door leads you to the terrace with the outdoor dining room where breakfast can be served under the sunshade. The dazzling view from the terrace is certainly not forgotten. In case of family accommodation with children, there is a large mattress in the attic under the roof. An extra baby bed is at your disposal. A connection to the lower level is made through a hidden internal staircase. Here is a comfortable room with two beds and a large sofa that opens and becomes a double bed. The kitchen will satisfy your basic cooking needs, while the second bathroom has a separate shower. From the large patio door, go directly to the paved courtyard with the outdoor dining room under the sunshade and the pool with the pool bar barbecue. Guests can use the 10x5m pool, with a depth of 0.8m to 1.8m, following the rules of operation. The use of the barbecue and the wood-burning oven is provided upon request. The large courtyard (500sqm) with playground and flower beds is ideal for families with children as well as for events with many people. ANASA is a wonderful starting point for excursions, hikes and explorations. The area of eastern Crete offers an incredible variety: secluded beaches, rugged rugged shores, amazing rocks for climbing, safari in mountain forests and traditional mountain villages, daily cruises to isolated islands. The nearest beach is in Gra-Ligia, south at a distance of 4 km with super markets and gas stations. At 5 km north is the mountainous traditional village of Anatoli, followed by the Males and the Selakano pine forest. To the west you find Myrtos with the beautiful taverns on the beach and to the east is the town of Ierapetra from where the boats depart for the exotic island of Chrissi. ANASA is located 12 km from Ierapetra, 1 km from Kalogeri on the provincial road to Anatoli. Access from the provincial road is easy, with a private road leading to the parking area next to the entrance of the villa. You have to come by your own car or taxi. Parking is free of charge. We can organize excursions to mountainous sites and archaeological sites with our own jeep. If you want a great dinner with your friends by the pool or a romantic dinner in your place, we arrange the organization with full menu and decoration. And for those who plan their wedding in Crete they can use ANASA's services for an excellent event in the yard in collaboration with Catering service.
