Beautiful, secluded villa in Cutrofiano

This spacious villa is set within its own extensive grounds providing a beautiful, peaceful base in which to explore Salento. The villa is within 25 minutes reach of the Ionian and Adriatic coast, Lecce and Gallipoli. All amenities required can be found within the nearby town of Cutrofiano which is less than 2 km from the house. Additionally there is a private pool (15mx8m) which is available for guests from June to September. The villa is 50 minutes from Brindisi Airport. We have a large kitchen and sitting room, internal lounge, 3 bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room and a bathroom. There is free access WiFi and two televisions available for guests. One television shows Italian stations and the other tv is connected to the internet. The is a good sized seating and dining area outside which is shaded from the sun with a built in BBQ. There is also an outside sink and shower. All the living space is on one level giving easy access throughout. Guests have sole use of the whole house and garden. I have a great couple who live locally and help look after the house. They will be available to meet you and help you if necessary throughout the whole of your stay. The house is situated in the heart of Salento and is the perfect base to explore the whole of this region and provides a perfect calm oasis to return to after a busy day sightseeing! Ample parking is available and inside the secure gates to the house. Although all amenities are within 2 km of the house we do recommend that you have your own car during your stay. There is one restaurant which is a 10 minute walk from the house which specialises in local cuisine and also serves great pizzas. Please note that we do have 2 cats who live in the garden of the house. We do not allow them into the house but they will be in and around the outdoor areas.
