central Appartment in Perinaldo

Perinaldo is a quiet old village. The apartement is situated in the south with a wonderful view to the sea, which you can reach in -15 minutes by car. As well San Remo, Menton and Monaco it takes 20-30 minutes to reach with the car. The apartement has one bedroom with a double bed, the big living room two sleeping couches. there is a bath with shower and washing maschine and a fully equipped kitchenette with a gas center. The windows have mosquito nets. A staircase leads to a terrace of about 25 qm. The tv has italian, german and french channels.
