Situated on the doorstep of Snowdonia, this modern and compact basement apartment has scenic views of the Snowdonia mountains whilst also being located close to all amenities with a choice of traditional pubs, shops, and takeaways within a 5 minute walk. A cosy and comfortable base for exploring the fantastic outdoor activities and historical sites that North Wales has to offer, including the world's fastest zipline, Zip World Velocity, which is within 15 minutes walking distance. Superb views of the surrounding Snowdonia mountain range, views of the fastest and longest Zip wire in the world which travels over the Penrhyn quarry The flat is accessed via the side gate at Tir Ddraig LL57 3SE with own garden space Guests are left to enjoy their free time and perhaps to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life Whilst the host is never too far away. I do work every day, however I am always available by txt, mobile or email should any guests have any questions or just simply need advice on the local area There is a very friendly atmosphere in and around the village, everyone is made to feel welcome and part of the community. There is ample parking near the property (free of charge). There is also a regular bus service which serves the whole area, closest bus stop is opposite the property, or more regular buses down in the village High Street Please note: Tennant lives upstairs, above the Airbnb space, but have no access to the Airbnb
